<>To inquire about an advance on your paycheck, either talk to your boss directly or go to your human resources department. While ideally, your employer wouldn’t be too involved in your private life, it’s best to be prepared with an explanation as to what the money's for and why you need it so urgently. Otherwise, your boss is left to wonder if there’s an underlying personal issue that could someday impact your work performance, such as a gambling addiction.
<>I received an email to call for a personal loan from Cash Advance USA. I was approved for $2000. They wanted my passwords and account numbers. They were going to deposit money in my account and wanted me to send it back to verify my account then they would deposit the $2000. If I would have done that I would have been out $200. They tried to scam me.

<>Just received this email and I know it is spam because they did not even put my name in the email and if I would owe them anything for sure they would have put my name in the email and even the amount that I supposedly owe. "As we didn't receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on Tuesday October 10th, 2017 at your district courthouse. To know the courthouse kindly visit http://www.uscourts.gov/court-locator with your zip code. You will be served with a notice to appear at your district courthouse in next seven business days. You can still avoid this case by making a payment towards your total outstanding or else this case file will be executed as mentioned. Regards Manager, Legal Department, Cash Advance USA."
<>I just got the same report from a officer richard jones on my voice mail 4/26/2012. I called him back and told him I checked my account before I called him back and I told him he was just trying to get money out of me and that I would get a law suit against him and his company for harrasment and not to call me anymore. He said he would not call and he hope I would not get arrested. I looked them up and found this sight. Thank God For this information. I wish we could get these people arrested.

<>I was just contact by "Attorney Damon Marshall" He originally left a voice mail on my cell advising that I have criminal charges that were filed against me and the Police would be arriving to my home within the hour to arrest me. I called him immediately@ "707.508.4208", He advised that I took out a payday loan. I inquired about the amount. He told me that he does not work for the collection agency and he does not know how much. I said well how much does it say I owe. He said after all taxes fees and surcharges i owed $700+ I told him that he had to be kidding. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan before in my life. This man had so much of my information that it was a very scary situation. He told me that he would place me on hold to see if the court would settle. As I am on hold with him I begin to Google the phone number as well as "Cash Advance USA" up pops SCAM... I was reading aloud and I dont think he was on the other line but he heard me and became very defensive. Mr. Marshall called me soooo many derogatory name and I could not believe it. Then he hung up in my face. Everyone please beware that this is a complete scam!!!!

<>Emergencies are inherently unexpected and almost always emotionally and financially jarring. Emergency funds are a key component in the arsenal of a successful saver because they not only mitigate the financial burden of unexpected expenses, they also help reduce the stress which often accompanies them. Unlike the amount you set aside for a specific purchase, an emergency fund is to be used exclusively for events like family crises, medical issues and natural disasters. People with emergency savings avoid crippling debt and are on the road to recovery much more quickly than those who are unprepared.
<>I received an email from a lawyer with email **. I was told that I owed Cash Advance USA $1200 and many attempts have been made to contact me. I was threatened with wage garnishment, a warrant, and closing my accounts if I did not pay the $1200 today. I contacted the debt settlement and was told they were a collection agency and just doing their job. This was definitely a scam. I never heard of Cash Advance USA and never borrowed any money from them.
<>All of a sudden I started getting threatening emails from someone stating that if I do not pay an unverified debt that charges would be filed on my name and social security number. I replied back to the individual who emailed me and a demanded that they no longer contact me and that I was submitting a complaint to the CFPB and my Attorney General. They then replied back to me with the name, partial social security number, mailing address, phone number and amount owed of the person they believed to be me. I then sent the email to my Attorney General with my complaint.
<>It's a ponzi scam. They make you trust them and then that's when you get scammed. I have police report on them and may go to the FBI. They want you to go get Green Dot cards, load them up and then they put money in your account and take it out. They have what is called burn phones, non traceable phones. Once they are used them up they get another number and try to sucker someone else.
<>I just had a wonderful time jerking these people off. They've been robocalling me a couple of times a day for some weeks, so I finally decided to call back and really piss them off. No legitimate company calls you to offer you a loan - you have to call them and actually apply. Anyway, these jerkoffs kept hanging up on me so I kept calling back - 15 times before they finally blocked my number. I then used another phone to call again and pretend like I really wanted a loan.
<>It is important to note that payday loan interest rates tend to be higher than interest rates associated with other types of loans. If you fail to repay your loans, you will find yourself quickly amassing additional debt. Because of this, cash advance loans should stand as a last resort for those in debt, rather than a first choice for those with minor financial problems. USACashAdvance.com is a tool for handling emergency expenses and redirecting your financial situation.
<>The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has received complaints from Washington consumers of what appear to be loan collection scams. Numerous consumers reported they were contacted by entities claiming to collect debts owed to companies with “Cash Advance” in their names. The collection attempts often involve threats of lawsuits, asset seizure, and arrest. The consumers targeted did not actually owe the debt being collected. At least some of the consumers were targeted after they applied for loans from unlicensed online lenders.

<>Washington State law prohibits threatening or harassing behavior by individuals attempting to collect a debt. The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act states that debt collectors must send consumers a written notice within five days of the first collection phone call, stating the amount of the debt and what it relates to. Debt collectors cannot state or imply that failure to pay a debt is a crime. They cannot call before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. They cannot harass or abuse consumers, or contact consumers' places of employment.

Adam would not give me the number to Cash Advance Usa, he told me to go online to www.cashadvanceusa.com. I came up with a blank page. <>While a cash advance lender may only charge $15 for every $100 you borrow, that’s only for two weeks. If you don’t pay back the loan as well as interest and fees, you roll over the loan and then you’re responsible for paying the interest again. An interest rate of 15 percent for a two-week loan becomes an interest rate of 30 percent when you roll it over for a month. And if you extend the loan for a year and do the math, you end up with an annual percentage rate of almost 400 percent!
<>Loan renewal policies are largely governed by state regulatory legislation. The loan renewal options will be presented to you by your lender prior to your acceptance of the loan. Please make sure to diligently read the renewal policy presented to you prior to signing the loan documents. Payday loans are intended to be a short term financial instrument. Cash Advance® encourages all consumers to repay the loan on time and in full in order to avoid late payment and/or non-payment fees. If you suspect that you may be unable to pay off a loan, we would recommend that you explore Loan Alternatives before submitting a loan request.
