<>Cash Advance® is not a lender and does not provide short-term loans but refers consumers to lenders who may provide such loans. For this reason, we are unable to supply you with an exact APR (Annual Percentage Rate) that you will be charged if you choose to accept an offered loan. The loan interest rates are determined solely by your lender, with specific amounts determined based upon the information you submitted to the lender. Your lender provides the APR, loan fees, and other terms. For help in understanding and using our services, consumers may refer to the Questions section or Contact Us.
<>"I like the easy to read signs and information throughout the store...that's makes me feel comfortable to get a loan because there's nothing hidden. The interest rate is the best I've seen at $20 per $100 and I really like the simple, clean design of the company. With everything in life as hectic as it is, I like to come to a place of business that's orderly and neat, especially when dealing with money. I also like the staff. I've been to another Cash Store in East Texas and in both places I feel very comfortable with the staff and I feel they are trustworthy with my information." - Laveta H.
<>Once you determine that cash advances are allowed, you’ll need to request one. Some companies have a formal process in place, while others may allow you to speak privately with your supervisor. Experts suggest that employees approach this conversation tactfully. Time it so you don’t ask when things are hectic at work and prepare a good argument for why you need the advance and why it’s urgent.6

<>Cash Advance® does not make credit decisions nor does Cash Advance® conduct a credit inquiry on consumers. Some lenders on the Cash Advance® network may conduct a non-traditional credit check in order to determine your eligibility for a loan. Lenders typically do not conduct a credit inquiry with the three major credit bureaus: Transunion, Experian, or Equifax. If you do not repay your loan on time your lender may report this delinquency to one or more credit bureaus, which could have a negative impact on your credit score. We encourage consumers with credit problems to consult a Credit Counseling company.
<>I just got the same report from a officer richard jones on my voice mail 4/26/2012. I called him back and told him I checked my account before I called him back and I told him he was just trying to get money out of me and that I would get a law suit against him and his company for harrasment and not to call me anymore. He said he would not call and he hope I would not get arrested. I looked them up and found this sight. Thank God For this information. I wish we could get these people arrested.
<>If you manage to pay your loans in a timely manner, your credit score may benefit from your efforts. With a positive credit score, you may discover that interest rates on items such as mortgages and car loans decrease. However, failing to pay your lenders may rob you of credibility and inflict long-lasting damage on your credit score. Again, only take out loans that you know you will be capable of paying off in the near future.

<>According to a 2016 study conducted by GOBankingRates, more than two-thirds of Americans have less than $1,000 saved, with 34 percent admitting to having absolutely no money in their savings account. Although today's consumers are more aware than ever about the importance of savvy spending, these statistics prompt the question: What does it take to be a successful saver? Luckily, this can be achieved in a handful of ways. Piggybacking on the ingenuity of Stephen Covey, author of "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," here are seven habits of highly successful savers.

<>USA CASH ADVANCE SCAM: Foreign accented man called to confirm a loan but needed me to obtain a new government law requiring a verification voucher! When I had money and was at CVS, 11/7, Walmart or other locations.....I was to call him and then he would tell me the person to whom I would make the voucher out to for a total of 260 dollars (down from 400). The loan would then be deposited into my account as soon as the voucher business was done. He informed that I had to process the voucher verification within the next 10 minutes and then my funds would then be in my account in 15 minutes (in thousands by the way). The voucher was to prove I could make monthly payments...REALLY? The amount of the loan was ridiculous- "too good to be true" type. So I said I could not do anything until tomorrow. Again he emphasized calling once I was in the store and would give me no information except that his name was James. (BTW: a young man answered the phone, James was giving the 888 number to another in the background and then took the phone to speak with me??!!)
<>One consumer reported receiving an email from a man calling himself William C. Jones, who claimed to work at a Federal Trade Commission office. He allegedly threatened to disclose the debt to the consumer’s employer, garnish wages, and file a lawsuit against the consumer. Another consumer reported receiving a similar e-mail from a person calling himself Neal Johnson. The consumer reported that what appear to be fake U.S. District Court arrest warrants were attached to these e-mails.

<>Just received this email and I know it is spam because they did not even put my name in the email and if I would owe them anything for sure they would have put my name in the email and even the amount that I supposedly owe. "As we didn't receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on Tuesday October 10th, 2017 at your district courthouse. To know the courthouse kindly visit http://www.uscourts.gov/court-locator with your zip code. You will be served with a notice to appear at your district courthouse in next seven business days. You can still avoid this case by making a payment towards your total outstanding or else this case file will be executed as mentioned. Regards Manager, Legal Department, Cash Advance USA."
<>I was offer a loan in a text message and since my credit is bad. I call the number, I notice the heavy accent. But I continue talking. They knew so much about me (phone number, social security, bank routing and checking account). I continue talking. I wanted $2000 he said "No you can have $9000." I decline but he said my funds would be deposited a few hours later after they confirm my account. I immediately took the money out of my account. He calls me 1 hour later and demands my online banking user name!!! I told him I don't have one. So he demands my bank card number!!! I said "No way I would not give you that ever." So I wanted to see how far he would go and he say: "How can you be so stupid not to agree with us so you can get $5000 in your account?" So after that I say "Forget it" and I hanged up.

I am calling the police down in GA and TX and contacting the Attorney General. They tried taking money out of an account that is my mother's and said it was an error but when I confronted them they called me names and I didn't know what was going on. So I closed all the accounts. Joke is on them.
<>I kept getting text messages, no legit phone calls, just texts. Now today they're threatening to take me to court, tell my employer etc for a $300 loan. Told them they can tell whoever, garnish my wages (I'm retired) etc., This was in an email they sent today 9/13/17. Now my loan is close to $1K due to interest etc. I just laughed. I don't take LOANS out for $300. I either write a check or use credit card. They want me to settle today for the $300. I'll never settle. Told them I'll have my lawyers ready also. I dont know who Cash Advance USA is anyway, let alone loan from them. Then I googled all this - it's a SCAM!! Must be bunch of out of work "lawyers" that are trying to scam people & scare them. I told them to bring it on, I'm ready! Ridiculous - get a real job!

<>I was just contact by "Attorney Damon Marshall" He originally left a voice mail on my cell advising that I have criminal charges that were filed against me and the Police would be arriving to my home within the hour to arrest me. I called him immediately@ "707.508.4208", He advised that I took out a payday loan. I inquired about the amount. He told me that he does not work for the collection agency and he does not know how much. I said well how much does it say I owe. He said after all taxes fees and surcharges i owed $700+ I told him that he had to be kidding. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan before in my life. This man had so much of my information that it was a very scary situation. He told me that he would place me on hold to see if the court would settle. As I am on hold with him I begin to Google the phone number as well as "Cash Advance USA" up pops SCAM... I was reading aloud and I dont think he was on the other line but he heard me and became very defensive. Mr. Marshall called me soooo many derogatory name and I could not believe it. Then he hung up in my face. Everyone please beware that this is a complete scam!!!!

<>People who set goals for a purchase – whether it's a car, television or family vacation – are more apt to reduce unnecessary spending in pursuit of that goal. While other consumers use credit cards to purchase items they can't afford, effective savers rarely spend money they don't have. The next time you decide to invest in a big purchase, review your budget to see where you can make cuts to allocate more funds toward that goal. You can also boost your income to reach your savings goals quicker by taking on side jobs, such as freelance writing, dog walking or another gig that takes advantage of your marketable skills.

<>To inquire about an advance on your paycheck, either talk to your boss directly or go to your human resources department. While ideally, your employer wouldn’t be too involved in your private life, it’s best to be prepared with an explanation as to what the money's for and why you need it so urgently. Otherwise, your boss is left to wonder if there’s an underlying personal issue that could someday impact your work performance, such as a gambling addiction.
<>It's a ponzi scam. They make you trust them and then that's when you get scammed. I have police report on them and may go to the FBI. They want you to go get Green Dot cards, load them up and then they put money in your account and take it out. They have what is called burn phones, non traceable phones. Once they are used them up they get another number and try to sucker someone else.
<>Another consumer reported receiving an email explaining a “Final Legal Notice” on behalf of a parent company of Cash Advance, Inc. The email was from a man calling himself Robert Jones and disclosed a fictitious case number and payment amount. He allegedly threatened legal proceedings and told the consumer that attorney fees would accompany the amount owed if he did not hear back from the consumer.
<>Got a call today, 312-248-2234, and answered to hear that I was preapproved for a thousand dollars loan, and just call them back at same phone number. I called back, they answered Cash Advance. I asked "Do you have a web site?" I like to see how professional or cheesy a site is, as a place to start, in looking at a company. If their site is not professional, then neither are they! I even look for typos. Well, the guy just hung up on me. So I started researching (yes, I can use a grand or two this month), and found all of these reviews.
<>“While admittedly another high APR loan option, if in a financial pinch, the fees and terms might be better than those offered by a payday loan,” explains McDermott. The key is to pay off the advance right away, before you begin racking up interest on the balance. If you allow the balance to linger month over month, your short-term loan could spiral into a long-term debt problem.
<>Spending less than you earn is key to staying afloat financially, yet many of us rely on credit cards to fund our lifestyles. With more than $16,000 in credit card debt per household in America, many of us struggle to understand what we can and cannot afford. Successful savers are very clear on that point and often live a frugal lifestyle despite having an income that can afford some luxuries. Warren Buffett, for example, still resides in the home he purchased for just $31,500 nearly 60 years ago, despite being one of the wealthiest people on the planet. Take it from Buffett: Maintaining a frugal lifestyle while your income continues to grow will help you reach your financial goals sooner.
<>I received a phone call at work completely scared me- said I was charged with 3 charges- from cash advance-  its was a law firm called john morrison they said i was charged with trying to electroncally writing checks and they tried to debit from my account unsuccessfully-  i know this is a completely fraudulant scam-  but they too have my social security number and banking info  what do i do other than contact my bank??  this is internet frau-  I did try and apply for a loan but didnt go through with it- nothing was ever deposited to my account  i need someone advise of what I should do to protect myself-  do I jest ignore completely or do i try and contact  the company is called cash advance the law firm was john morrison and the phone number is 619-320-0434  they said they were going to take me to court  and i did nothing
<>It is important to note that payday loan interest rates tend to be higher than interest rates associated with other types of loans. If you fail to repay your loans, you will find yourself quickly amassing additional debt. Because of this, cash advance loans should stand as a last resort for those in debt, rather than a first choice for those with minor financial problems. USACashAdvance.com is a tool for handling emergency expenses and redirecting your financial situation.
<>While a cash advance lender may only charge $15 for every $100 you borrow, that’s only for two weeks. If you don’t pay back the loan as well as interest and fees, you roll over the loan and then you’re responsible for paying the interest again. An interest rate of 15 percent for a two-week loan becomes an interest rate of 30 percent when you roll it over for a month. And if you extend the loan for a year and do the math, you end up with an annual percentage rate of almost 400 percent!
