The application and approval process is fast and simple. The application usually takes just a few minutes, and the only requirements are usually that the applicant be of legal age and have a job. If funds are to be direct deposited, there must a bank account for it to go to, and having an account from which the lender can draft payment could make for better terms. Once application is made, approval can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours, but rarely more than 48 hours. After approval, money can be in had in just a few hours. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours, depending on the lender’s specific processes, but again rarely longer.

A Lady named Karen Williams will keep e-mailing and e-mailing saying my Husband will be served with papers to go to Court and that his social is on hold. She saids we got a Payday Loan from: US Cash Advance with the number:877-817-8791. Her number which stays busy all the time is: 916-458-5665. She is from Utica, NY, Yankee LAND. She has an old address and an old number. Watch for her. She is trouble, bug trouble. Now, I have to get me another Yahoo e-mail address.
I had received automated calls from this company 3-4 days in a row. I wanted to consolidate my credit cards. I decided to call back but every time I called, I would get a recording that the person I was trying to reach was not able to receive calls and to try later. Right then and there I thought... hmmm, this has got to be a scam. The following week, I received another call, I too, spoke with a woman with a very thick accent not to mention there was so much noise in the background, it was even more harder to hear her. Nevertheless, we began the loan process, until we got to the point she requested my username & password for my checking account. Do I really look like boo boo the clown. What legitimate company will ask for that info. When I asked her why she needed that info, she replied, they need to access the account to make sure it's my account. I told her she is a liar, accessing my account does not prove that it's my account.
Someone just called me and stated that this business had a lawsuit against me for check fraud and that I owed them money and I was going to be arrested. He stated that I was going to be arrested. I asked him because he was foreign speaking what the name of the company called again and he said cash advance usa. He had all my infomation..number, ssn#, bank #, address etc..i decided to look the company up and this is what I found . He also told me that they would contact my job and let them know about the lawsuit. What do I do? Im absolutely terrified.
Of course, cash advance lenders have no problem with this. They’re usually more than willing to let you roll over a cash advance loan because that’s how they make their money—the more you roll it over, the more you pay in interest. And the alternative isn’t any better: If you stop making payments altogether and default, the lender can pursue legal action against you and potentially garnish your wages.4

A cash advance loan works just like a payday loan. (Not surprising, since they’re the exact same thing.) To get one, you go to a payday lender and write a check. You date it for your next payday and make it out for the amount of the loan plus interest and fees. The lender will then give you cash or transfer money to your bank account. It’s yours to spend, but remember that check you wrote? As soon as your next payday arrives, the lender will cash it and the amount will be withdrawn from your bank account.
I just got the same report from a officer richard jones on my voice mail 4/26/2012. I called him back and told him I checked my account before I called him back and I told him he was just trying to get money out of me and that I would get a law suit against him and his company for harrasment and not to call me anymore. He said he would not call and he hope I would not get arrested. I looked them up and found this sight. Thank God For this information. I wish we could get these people arrested.

Just received this email and I know it is spam because they did not even put my name in the email and if I would owe them anything for sure they would have put my name in the email and even the amount that I supposedly owe. "As we didn't receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on Tuesday October 10th, 2017 at your district courthouse. To know the courthouse kindly visit http://www.uscourts.gov/court-locator with your zip code. You will be served with a notice to appear at your district courthouse in next seven business days. You can still avoid this case by making a payment towards your total outstanding or else this case file will be executed as mentioned. Regards Manager, Legal Department, Cash Advance USA."
