Keep in mind that this option might be the most financially advantageous, but it can also be the most tricky to navigate. Borrowing money from a friend turns a personal relationship into a business one — you need to be comfortable with the fact that you are indebted to that person and the relationship could turn sour if you fail to uphold your end of the bargain.
Line of Credit: Available at Allied Cash Advance locations in Virginia only. Approval depends upon meeting legal, regulatory and underwriting requirements. Allied Cash Advance may, at their discretion, verify application information by using national databases that may provide information from one or more national credit bureaus, and Allied Cash Advance or third party lenders may take that into consideration in the approval process. Credit limits range from $250 to $1500. After your line of credit is set up, you have the option to draw any amount greater than $100, in increments of $5 up to the credit limit, as long as: you make your scheduled payments; and your outstanding balance does not exceed your approved credit limit. Minimum payments are calculated based on the outstanding balance owed, plus applicable fees and interest. As long as you continue to make on-time and complete payments, you will remain in good standing and be able to continue using your line of credit account.

I do not owe these people. They go to class reunion.com or life.com, get your information and they act like you have a had a loan. I have not had a loan in 20 years, they can keep it up and I will sue for harassment. I am tired of these people trying to scam me. There is definitely something needs to be done about them. I had one removed from my credit report. They need to quit prying on people. Something needs to be done.
But just being on the safe side I did all my research to indeed prove I had never made this transaction, by getting my bank statements to have so that if for whatever reason Iam takin to court I have proof that there was never any deposit of this $300.00. No need to panick on my end other than the fact that some stranger has alot of my personal information. So now Iam going to take all the correct steps into protecting this and letting the proper people know whats happened.
If you received a loan from a lender or owed money to a business and someone other than the lender or business is now attempting to collect from you, the collection activity may be subject to the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If you receive a communication from a party claiming that a debt is owed, you can request a “written validation notice,” which must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the FDCPA. If you have questions regarding federal debt collection laws, you can contact the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP or online at www.ftc.gov.

Of course, cash advance lenders have no problem with this. They’re usually more than willing to let you roll over a cash advance loan because that’s how they make their money—the more you roll it over, the more you pay in interest. And the alternative isn’t any better: If you stop making payments altogether and default, the lender can pursue legal action against you and potentially garnish your wages.4
I received an email to call for a personal loan from Cash Advance USA. I was approved for $2000. They wanted my passwords and account numbers. They were going to deposit money in my account and wanted me to send it back to verify my account then they would deposit the $2000. If I would have done that I would have been out $200. They tried to scam me.
